Reservations and Bookings

All room bookings made through our website are subject to availability and to the terms of our booking system (Mews). Cancellation policies and payment terms are provided at the time of booking.

Website Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

Communications

By providing your contact information (email or phone number), you consent to receive communications from The Herondale Hotel related to your reservation, stay, and occasional marketing content. You may opt out at any time using the methods described below.

SMS Program Terms

1. By opting in to SMS messages from The Herondale Hotel, you consent to receive text messages related to your reservation and stay, including booking confirmations, pre-arrival information, check-in instructions, on-property service updates, and post-stay follow-up. Occasional promotional messages about special offers, events, and seasonal experiences may also be sent.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@herondalehotel.com or 503-325-3141.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. On average, you will receive 4-6 automated SMS messages per booking, though this may vary based on your booking source and the number of reminders sent to complete your online check-in. These reminders are conditional, meaning they are only sent if you haven't completed check-in from the previous message.
